Welcome to our website!  Together, we (Jarrod & Amanda) have been helping the citizens of Madison County, Berea, KY and Richmond, KY  find their dream homes for over 8 years.  We have both been in the real estate business basically all of our lives.  Both of our families owns local businesses in the real estate business.  The Hembree's own AAA Garage Door Company, serving Madison & surrounding counties for over 34 years!  The Devere's own Berea Top Shop, Inc. (custom kitchen & bath countertops), serving Madison & surrounding counties for over 34 years!   Both families, The Hembree Family and The Devere Family, are both locally known and trusted in the building and real estate fields in Madison and surrounding counties. 

Both of us were born and raised in Berea, KY.  We have lived here our entire lives and we are starting our own family here.  We have a one and a half year old son, Colton, and two yorkies, Roxy & Ladybug.  Amanda is a licensed ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) Stager and Jarrod is a licensed ASP Realtor.  So, we both can offer helpful insights about staging a house to sell.  Or, if you would like, we can stage your home for a small fee.
